I have found a nice program for converting movies ,and its called 4Videosoft Blu-ray to DPG Ripper.

I use ddvideo dpg to psp converter gain,it works great for me.with a audio normalizer function that can normalize any videos,music volume to the same sound level,very cool.I like it.you can try it.
