Eurovox 1000sl On 42" lcd tv poor picture .. Signal booster?

Hi, I have a eurovox 1000sl connected up to a 42" lcd tv and the picture quality is not that great when viewed in full screen mode. Im wondering if i got a signal booster would actually have any impact on the picture quality?I have tried connecting the box up to a 32" tv and the picture is great. Also if it would be worthwhile getting a signal booster which one/s are the best? should I be looking out for anything when i buy one?

    Thanks for your time

if you're getting all the channels smoothly on your 32" mate, its not a signal problem and a signal booster will be a waste of money.
problem is with your 42" it seems. what make is it? and what make is your 32"?

          the 42" is a 42LG3000

Currys - Shop for Flat Panel TV - LG 42LG3000 42" LCD TV

and the 32" is just a "normal" tv quite a few years old and i dont know the brand of this tv sorry

i take it you're using scart connection? try different scart settings, rgb, cvbs etc
i dont think its a size issue as my 47" phillips is as good as my 19".

I Changed the scart lead settings and the picture is a lot clearer, thanks.
However when I have the picture on full screen the picture is not brilliant. anybody else any ideas?
