              Nero 8 will be ideal just double click on the cue file and Nero enters burning rom fairly straight forward

                  More or less any burning software should accept a .cue file, the .cue file sets up the burn, it is basically a text file which can contain the the proper settings and directory path for the .bin image.
                  BTW, you don't need the .cue file, but it makes things simpler.
