Lost channels and lost the plot..TM6900HD combo super

Can anyone assist with my problem please? I have lost BBC 1 HD and BBC HD, Channel 4HD etc.. as I understand they have moved, but I cannot get a signal from the new transponder. just two red bars. It says the new location transmits as DVB2, but according to my TM instructions it should handle DVB2?

Or am I doing something wrong? I cannot see how to enter the data manually either, any help would be appreciated.

would it not be easier to do another scan and get the later new comers also?

Hi. Why not try a blind scan. It should bring in missing channels. Also delete any duplicate channels after scan.

go to flysat/kingofsat and find the txp details and then add the details manually and do a fta scan with network search off. regards mdt

Thanks for the assistance, the blind scan worked a treat so now all HD back again. Although I am still unsure how to enter anything manually. It is unclear from the manual.

Hi. BLIND SCAN WORKED A TREAT. Music to my ears. Never waste your time looking for TP's to enter manually, blind scans will do it for you. Just remember to delete TP's and channels that are out of date . I do blind scans every month on all my satellites just to see if any new channels have come out.
