I've just picked one of these up at a car boot sale with no remote control. It powers on ok but just says no information on this channel.

Does anyone know what these boxes can do? I was looking for a cable one but came across this.

Its a cable receiver mate, do you have a cable feed, you will also need to buy a remote for it if you want to tune the channels in. With the right firmware you will be able receive all the channels that Virgin Media offer.
