Help with Freesat setup settings

I've just bought a new TV with built in Freesat and need help with the right settings please.
I've always been a cable guy, and dont know much about satellite,
I've attached a jpeg photo of the setting on TV, could someone tell me what settings I should set them at to get the best out of it,

any help appreciated.

I cannot say I know that receiver or menu, but it seems correct apart from the lnb settings

9750/10600 are the standard settings on sly boxes and sat boxes and I would assume on that one too

Cheers m8 rescanned with those LNB settings, and I got 100+ more channels, thanx for the help.
