help needed connecting diseq with dm500

Hi guts need some help, i have a dm500 with darkstar 11 image and cccam 2.0.11. I have a wave frontier dish with 8 lnb,s and a maximum diseq 8/1 switch version 1.2.But can,t get all the satellites i,ve got up to 4.Do i use non-standard user defined config. If you could help would be grateful.

In diseqC settings, set the diseqC type to 1.1 or higher.
Make sure that the diseqC specs match the one that you have.
