Boot loop pli jade

Hi
just switched box on and it is stuck in a boot up loop
I am running a DM500 with jade pli image with sly bouquet. I have had a look on line and it looks pretty daunting to re-flash and install every thing again(not a complete noob). can anyone piont me in the right direction as were to start in laymans terms
