    Problems wit sky movies thriller hd and movies sci fi/ horror

    I'm having problems with no sat signal on sky movies thriller HD, movies scifi/horror hd and E!HD. maybe others I haven't noticed yet.... I'm using tm 5402 and running 117p....Now here's the strange bit this only appears to happen after 8pm. The same happens using 2 different lines both N and my isp is vermin....
    Anybody any ideas ????????

    usually the no signal will be your dish,lnb,cable but seeing as its time pacific it could be local rf interferance. regards mdt

      why would it just effect certain transponders and I've noticed the channels come on for about 10 sec then get glitchy and then lose signal. I'm loath to change patches as 117 has been the best one for this box by a mile until the last few days

        125P works well.
        Sounds like lnb/rf issues maybe as Mdt suggested.

          It's a bit strange that weaker signals work though and only happens in the evening. Even works fine at busy periods during the day at weekends

            A couple of channels mentioned are in the Highband so it could be RF (Mobile Phone/Landline) etc... have you tried just moving the box a few feet in another place to see if you get the same affect

              Never even thought of that you have hit the nail on the head m8 and I haven't even tried it. The grandsons baby monitor sits next to the box and have a guess at the time it gets turned on.....Your a ~~~~in star m8, it was driving me nuts
