what are you wanting, your request is not so clear?

Do you have a dish installed already?

ARe you just after the FTA (free to air) channels?

      Do you have a receiver?

thanks everybody for your super quick replies
at the moment I'm in the south Caribbeans
and have no equipment at all
          20 years ago I built a motorized 250cm Ku/C band dish
and had a "strong" receiver which was really good

I'm planing to build a 310cm prime focus motorized metal dish for Ku/C band and go only for FTA

I would like a receiver which can be connected to a PC
          to play around a bit

any advise concerning FTA equipment is highly appreciated ...

You made your own dish? How did you manage that?
            Is it cheap to do?

                          I have a manufacturing background
and live in a place where there is nearly nothing
building a big dish is not so complicated

diet coke is bad for your health ...

This looks like a very useful aligment aid.
