Eurovox Max V channels stuck on 00

Hi, my Eurovox is stuck on 00 It won't change even after doing the non techi thing of plugging it out a couple of times! Any suggestions for getting it to work properly? Thanks,

1 did you flash your box with new firmware
2 have you factory reset before or after flash.
3 is it new and is it the first time you,ve used it .

Channels stuck

Thanks.. I got box recently. Plugged it in. Coded it. But when I went to change the channel from 0000 it doesn't 'do' anything. In my ignorance I don't know what you mean when you say did I 'flash' it! The correction may be something simple but to me, it isn't!...

you need to scan for channels

do a factory reset m8 ,go to config on your menu and clear date enter your pin to access another menu then factory default .once you have done this press yellow on remote to power scan.
if after this you only get free to air chanells you need to put the up to date firmware on your box .
