How do I install Windows 8 - the machine cant even boot - is there a way to do it from the Windows 6 64bit install DVD media?

The Imac can fine startup (also with a sound), but then a grey screen appears, and then a black screen with a cursor in the upper left corner, but then nothing else happens. It is my first Mac, so its all very new to me :-) -
Hello you should be able to do it from windows I'm presuming you've got it dual booting I started up in windows 7 and just installed as you would if it was a pc went without any issues on a 09 iMac 27technomate tm-2t oe attached to a tm2600 with a 1m dishComment
