How to recover files inside a crushed image

I have darkstar image which has crushed. i want to recover files inside it like EMU, sat positions, channel line up.

I tried backing up the image with dreamup but when i flash it back on its still the same. Just a solid darkstar logo on tv screen. But if i flash a fresh image the box will work fine.

I believe this particular backed up image is corrupted. is there any way to open this image and copy the file ?

emu,s and channel lists can be installed on a new flash its only the cline info you need
