    LED tv choice?

    Hi all, thinking of buying a LED tv. My budget is ?1200, wanna keep screen size at least 46". Any1 have any suggestions?

      yes i know that last one is 55", but a telly can never be TOO big

        Yeah like the look of the last 1, wasn't thinking as big as a 55" but just talked myself into it!
        Moving into new house and new tv is the only thing I'm allowed to buy so making it count

          I think tellies deprecriate in value faster than cars these days... Couple of years time your 1 grand telly will be less than a ton on ebay, cause everybody will want the new models featuring, 80000x35000 resolution, slot loading beer fridge, wireless wires & scratch and sniff screens...

            I went for the toshiba 3D as even though the sound was crap because of the small speakers they have to put in such thin tv's it still sounded better than samsungs and LG's - I then went out and bought a 5.1 surround sound system - you'll need it with any tv you get nowadays. I also liked the toshiba for the smart capability and the usb connections so i can stick films on an external drive and then plug and play - even 3d movies
