    Signal Booster

Setanta is very jerky. Pretty much every other channel is OK. Sometimes some voices don't match up with the picture too.

    ITV4 is 87% signal.
Setanta is 83% signal, but drops to 82% and 81% when it breaks up.

Would I benefit from a signal booster?

If so, what one? Any recommendation?

Seeing as that is the only channel affected, its probably just a temporary problem specific to that channel only, usually when that happens it will clear up by itself, more often than not by the next day ...its a common problem actually,I have had it happen on a few channels from time to time...80/82% is actually an ideal signal strength,if anything your signal might be a bit too strong perhaps,a variable attenuator would take care of that problem, they are very cheap from Ebay ....

Setanta has been shite for ages. I have got a splitter but it's firmly done up tight. I'd say there's about 20m from my box to where it enters the house... The box has been restarted a few times.

Any ideas? Sometimes Setanta is practically un-watchable. I've read before that it requires a really strong signal?
