I am struggling. My tomtom prog doesnt seem to find the map.
I tried making a folder sdcard/tomtom/com.tomtom.country then I realised the tomtom install created its own folder sdcard/tomtom/com.tomtom.westerneurope

I have put western europe map in tomtom folder... can't find the map
into com.tomtom.westerneurope ... cant find the map
I have uninstalled and re-installed.. still cannot find the map.

But a big thanks Jmermel I am sure I will get to the bottom of it.. as soon as the last hair is pulled from my head.

Sorted now
Delete the 'Files' folder it creates in 'com.tomtom.westerneurope'
and replace it with the downloaded files folder.

ok guys - i get no maps found message..followed above but still no maps found heres what i did..

created a folder called "tomtom" on my sd card...i copied all the files inside the "files" folder into the "tomtom" folder....i also copied the .apk files onto the sd card.....used astro file manger to run the .apk....tomtom starts but says no maps found...any ideas and help please...ta

hi first of all thanks for the uploads,ok ive never done this before i only want the uk amd irl maps.is it just a case of deleting my old ones?of corse ill back those up,then try loading the new ones?is this only for mobile phones as i need it for my tomtom?so many questions sorry about that.thanks if you can help or point me in the right direction.

any ideas how to get celbrity voices working, ie homer simpson, snoop dog etc...copied the,m over from my tomtom go 520 into the voivces folder, but dont work, i can select them but no sound ?

Hi Guys, I'm usually good with this stuff but it's got me beat going around in circles, I D/L the two rar files att111ukroi.part1 part one and part 2, in each rar is the same files so I've had to extract the contents of the rar1 to one destination and rar 2 to another destination, I then put the content from rar1 onto the galaxy s3 and use apkinstaller to install, I then deleted the contents and then put the contents from rar1 and also tried rar2 into sdcard/tomtom/com.tomtom.country/ but still getting no map found ? Driving me nuts, any help much appreciated...

highlight ALL the rar files, drag them into a 'new folder' and right click, 'extract here'
then use the extracted files.
