Puzzled again

I cannot talk to my DM500. I can see tv and I can connect via the web interface.
DCC says connection is OK but username (root) or password (dreambox) are incorrect
I try thru serial connection and Dreamup just hangs after I apply power.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

i had the same problem just
make sure you disable your firewall
mate first,it could be that.
