NO POWER EUROVOX EX 1000 SL

Hi guy's, looking for a bit of help here i recentley bought a eurovox ex 1000 sl with all the firmware ect on it, y/day i tried to power the box up but i am getting nothing at all from it, no blue or red lights any help in sorting this problem would be grateful, is there a simple fix to this I.E. is there a fuse or something that might need replaced. cheer's.

Hi guy's, i have just replaced the fuse in the plug 3amp, but still no joy ?

Ifs it new as you said then send it back to your supplier under warranty and ask them to replace it.

Thanks satsmo, cpl months old so should still be under warranty ? is it usually 1 year, sticker on the back ect saying void if removed still intact.

Yes it should still be under warranty although these have become a little sticky at the moment, however if its a reputable supplier they should cover it.
