Ipod Touch 3rd Gen

Is it possible to jailbreak a 3rd Gen ipod touch with version 5.1.1.

Also will i lose all my music, apps Ect if i do?

Could you also recommend the best software to do it with. thank you

Absinthe 2.0 apparently. Shouldn't lose anything, but back it up first.

My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
