I can't get my sons ps3 to connect with sagem router,thru sky. keep getting "the key information exchange has timed out " HELP

have you tried a re-boot of all equipment..?
turn off mains power of router and all equip ie PC, Laptop, PS3, Sat Box..
try re-entering the WEP / WPA key for you router also

tried reeboot ,called sony ,they say i need a fixed ip address outside the dchp domain.........YOU WHAT?????
