Where can you purchase a cable 50db return path filter?

Yes, you need a bandpass filter that passes only signals greater than around 75Mhz. All return signals are in the low frequency range, generally less than 50Mhz whilst all forward signals are greater than 95Mhz.

Note that quite a lot of amplifiers also act as reverse path blockers simply because they have no path for return signals.
