Updating 4.2E to 4.3?

So I have a 4.2E ( originally 3.1J) Wii , and I have HBC and many cIOSs:

IOS needed(base) / IOS I have for it / Method
36 / 236 / ??
37 / 223 / Hermes v5 (cIOS 222 installer)
38 / 222 / Hermes v5 (cIOS 222 installer)
57 / 224 / Hermes v5 (cIOS 222 installer)
60 / 202 / Hermes v5 (cIOS 222 installer)
57 / 247 / d2x v6
56 / 248 / d2x v6
57 / 249 / Waninkokos cIOS installer rev 21
58 / 250 / Waninkokos cIOS installer rev 21

my question is , what do I need to upgrade and is it worth it? will I lose anything?

Hermes cIOS 222/223 Installer v5

Waninkoko cIOS installer r21

d2x v6

Dr.Clipper's cIOS 236 installer

What you need to do is post a full sysCheck19 report as instructed in that link so I can see which IOS's you've installed.

None of your links work so I don't know why you've posted them?

as to the links , it automatically generated them , I don't know why.
and to the downloads , after I posted that , I was able to access the downloads.
