No mate there's not 3.55 is the latest which can be spoofed to 3.72 I.e. thinking it is a genuine 3.72

hi m8 if you have a NOR chipset in your ps3 you can get it downgraded , if its nand chip you have there is way too much soldering to be done !!!! i currently own 2 ps3`s both on rogero 4.40cfw spoofed to 4.41 !!!

What will/won't it play and via internal or external HDD and soldering is easy enough for us

I was gonna jailbreak mines, so I downgraded and my PS3 died within an hour. The console just stayed completely warm for no reason at all. In fact it was roasting even when no power was on. Its gone now. I prefer the ?15 for games in Game or get a lend of a good game of a mate for a lend of mine etc. That way I play the game more intently and with purpose.

I recall chipping my first PSX with a 12c508, and building the actual pic programmer to programme the chip, then copying games with Cdrwin onto gold and black sided discs at 2x to get them going. After a while I wasnt really bothered about playing much as I had too many games and I had the top NTSC 60Hz games before they were released in PAL 50Hz.

Sometimes Piracy can ruin your gaming, other times its a godsend. But theres nothing like beating the system......
