some channels missing

When i select some stations on my eurovox blue it comes up INSERT SMART CARD. Only happens on 5 or 6 stations. Im on NTL in Dublin. Any ideas how to fix? Cheers

Yes others are having the same problem its not down to your box, "apparently" the encryption has changed for these channels and you wont be getting them any time soon.

when i get this message it also distorts like its trying to find the channel do you suggest a rescan

pointless encryption change means only their box can see it
it is effecting all boxes.
