HELP NEEDED, DBOX2 STUCK ON KABEL DEUTCHLAND WHEN SCANNING

WHEN SCANNING DBOX2, provider is stuck on KABEL DEUTCHLAND, it finds transponders almost instantly, but no programmes, flashed with andromeda v2

When in servise menu
Cable provider keep pushing OK till your provider comes up
If it doesent ,reflash it with another UK image and try again
If it still only shows Kabel as provider
Your tuner may be Shagged.........................Paul
