Unable to run Xbox_Backup_Creator with Window 8

Guys please help me with this.

1. I run the Xbox_Backup_Creator with Admin
2. I receive the error message say "Component "MSCOMCTL.COX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Could you guys tell me how to solve this problem?
