Help!! remote ~~~~ed

remote control for v2 is now officially ~~~~ed have ordered new one but does anyone out there know how I can change my favourites cause I'm a dead woman if I can't get it turned over for the fight tommorow. HELP

Have you tried to unplug it for a minute and then it usually reverts to all channels. Then use the buttons on the front of the box to change channels.
