eurovox 2 stuck

hi folks,my mate has a eurovox 2 which appears to be stuck on stand by, the display at the front is showing 2 green lights one on top of the other,

i have tried to re-flash the box with dnupman however all i get on the comp is the message , " waiting for the response of your receiver",i have also opened the box up and nothing seems to be wrong with the caps etc.

any ideas guys as how i get get round this for my mate,cheers

Replace the C14 cap on the PSU.
