DREAMBOX DM500S SWITCH"" SERVICE COULD NOT BE FOUND

After install a new image on my dm500 half os the chanel on hotbird 13 disply like this


SWITCH"" SERVICE COULD NOT BE FOUND

i try 4 difrent image and chane 3 disque stich
even i conect with out a switch but i get the same msg
on the same cable and switch i try other receiver that work fine

some on e told to change the power supply i did it but the same problem
Please some one advise how to fix this problem

you should check the setup options for your LNB.. are you using a single or monoblock..??

if its a monoblock you need to have the right DiSEq setup..

Try a full rescan of all transponders on Hotbird 13E...

Finally.. your LNB is positioned correctly..?? Try adjusting the skew etc

All the good channels display the same crappy ---- Service could not be found bullshit error

If you are sure your setup is good and proper sat.xml loaded, and you def have signal from dish, would be looking like your tuner is blown!

your tuner fail ,change your tuner 100% ok
