I have got a sagem box but the remote doesn't work for some reason. The remote is brandnew and sagem, is there a special way of setting the remote to the box by any chance...

it could be the sensor on the box thats at fault
sagems have seperate board that control remote

Look at the sensor through a camera phone
While pushing the button on remote
If the remote is sending a sig
You will see it on through the camera phone ...................Paul
