eurovox 7000hd missing channels

hi folks, got a max v with all the channels working fine. the 7000hd is the main box. new fimware loaded on to it friday. the problem is all the channels on 410mhz are on the menu but dont come on. it says "check signal" the max v has these & not a problem. signal is booming. the channels we are talking about are :- gems tv, motors tv, e entertainment, zone etc. don't watch these channels apart from motors tv. this is realy starting to bug me, please help. it's driving me nuts. on the wirral.

I only have maxv and little knowledge on subject. Might need channel update tho. A lot of times it could come up as a new channel on list and the old one would continue givin check signal message

if you are using a splitter then remove it and use a direct feed and do a channel update
