Help Needed with Ipad 2

Hi Guys,

Looking for help with my ipad 2.

i installed a tweak from cydia, which as left my ipad in a reboot cycle, and so i downloaded the ipad 2 wifi + 3g firmware and done the shift and click restore in itunes to restore(as cannot do normal restore as it will put 6.1.3 on - unjailbreakable). however all i get is an error 3194, which upon googling tells me to clear hosts file, which i have done, but it still gives the same error and is forcing the restore and update to 6.1.3 on me, i hope someone can help me as i dont know when next update/jailbreak will be and really like my jailbreak - navix x, xbmc, themes etc

Make sure your Hosts file is Ok and poiniting to the true apple server.
before restoring make sure you put your device in PWned DFU mode, and no other.
