    Vu duo epg problem

    Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and a bit of a newbie to the VU Duo. I have the epg downloading fine but it wont reload onto the box unless i switch it off and on. I dont mind doing this but it can get annoying, is there anyway to setup the box to do an auto reboot or am i my just wasting my time

      Welcome to DK mate it sounds like you haven't configured epg settings properly go to crossepg check configuration and settings. Did you load to flash or usb or hdd? Did you set daily download and tick provider?

          you want to be saving your epg data to usb stick or hdd. do not save to flash memory as this will damage your box

              It wont damage the receiver but if the EPG.dat file corrupts which it frequently does, it can grow huge very fast and fill the flash crashing the receiver.
