Just had a wonderful day sweating my nads off with this... But it worked out ok in the end.

Only flash this if you have unlocked your phone!!! That includes SIM free phones!!!
My S2 is SIM free so I went straight to flashing the file after backing up my sh!t.
Flash went through as expected, booted fine & all my apps & data were still active.
I was laughing.... Right up until I put my SIM in.
Network Locked, enter code!!
I had to flash back to 4.0.3, unlock my phone via NSPro (also backed up my EFS file), check it was working with my SIM, then flash back to 4.1.2.
But the 4.0.3 flash included the CSC file, so I lost all of my apps & data that I hadn't backed up.
Most people here won't have their own unlocking boxes. So you will have to root your phone to unlock it before you can flash back to 4.1.2
Learn from my mistake, unlock your phone before you start.
Having said that, this is a speedy ROM. I'd been getting used to the delay on the flippers when playing on Zen Pinball, now there's no delay.
Lovely widgets for the weather & not had a single app fail on me.
My only complaint is the removal of assigning settings links as app shortcuts. I've had to download a widget to add a shortcut to the Hotspot on/off setting. The same goes for the Task Manager, that can only be accessed by a long home press...unless you down load an app to link to it.
I've not worked out how to customise the notifications bar yet. Hoping to add some of those missing system shortcuts.
For those that might find this restrictive, there is a widget for your favorite settings. Not tried it yet though.
