Iphone 4 display 'no service' and apple server not available for restore

Using a Iphone 4. Having 'no service error''
Try to restore but i always get error 3194, -1

I update itunes to the latest
I rebooted PC
I disable firewall

But it does not work. I keep getting apple server unavailable error. I am also stuck in this recovery loop and not able to get out for weeks.
Disappointed. Try evasion and snowbreeze also can't get it fix. During itunes restore apple server error occur.

1- 3194 comes when itunes cannot check if the ispw is a valid apple ispw. This happens beacuse your hosts file in win dows are not pointing to apple but to to other(cydia etc). Google on "how to set hosts to apple" easy task.
2- After that you will be able to update, remember updating to latest IOS means NO jailbreaK.
3- If you just wanna get out of recovery loop download redsnow, go to extra, exit recovery.
