First off, thanks to everyone here for the resources. I'm a noob who recently bought a DM500S to replace a broken Zehnder box. The rest of the system is a 80cm fixed dish and twin-LNB pointing at Hotbird and Astra 19.2. Anyway, got myself a couple of powerline ethernet adaptors, plugged everything in, downloaded the DK image and everything worked first time - wish I'd done it years ago!
But ... I'm seeing all the channels I expect to see, except for the German Prosieben package on Astra (contains Prosieben, SAT1 etc). And of course, these are all channels that the wife wants to watch. I'm getting EPG information for them, but no picture; just get "channel not found". The bit error rate on them all is very high; for everything else its 0.
Anyone know if this is likely to be an LNB/alignment problem? (My old set-up got all the channels, but I messed about with LNB before realising that the box itself was broken.) Or am I missing something obvious?
