vucc problem

hi guys i cant log on to my duo any more ,put in ip address as usual but keep getting message
"access violation at address 0052b14e in module 'vucc exe' read of address 00000000"
hav'nt changed anything and checked network settings are still same . anyone know whats wrong?

Reboot box and router and if still having problem uninstall vucc and reinstall.
