    could anyone tell me if they have had any problems with techdigitals products and customer service i have been given the runaround for seven months over a blade 7000s that was faulty replaced with second hand box which was also faulty returned in january since then no one wants to talk to me put in queue for five or six minutes then message that their is no one their to talk any help in getting this sorted would be appreciated i though they were a good company obviously not

    I had a problem with a sky Calcio card & was told this & that.
    Eventually they offered me a free box upto ?60 as compo.
    I can see their problems when it comes to cards as that can be out of their control but if it's to do with hardware like your box then they ought to sort that out, but if you have added third party software to it, that could invalidate any warranty.

      as soon as box switched on was getting red flashing light and the other box they sent started up and had someones cccam line on it the it to crashed and switched it back on and again got red flashing light reported it to them and they offered to give me new box and that was the last i heard from them it has cost me 15.00 each time i have sent boxes back so not very happy
