need help with dm800 hd se

Hello my name is Ted, I NEED some help...... My dream box dm800 hd se went pear shape. It wont switch on like it always has. when I switch it on the display shows,,, ( dhcp flash/vmlinux.9z ) or this (dhpt ###stop###) I am not very tec so please can someone HELP me. Thank you Ted,,,

Reflash is the easy option just make sure you have a backup of the CCcam.cfg info. Andy
