can't acess dvr network

    can't acess dvr network

    hi folks

    have installed cctv system at home ,

    opened ports to ip of dvr in router all ok.

    when i put ip: port in browser i get user pass request which is default admin blank press enter

    all i get is a blank screen

    any ideas ???????//

    Can you access it internally? If so the chances are that you will need to open another port Incidentally it says your password is wrong m8

        I get the login screen and then "Logon failed....."
        You did install the activex applet didn't you? I tried with Chrome and failed. Use IE and the applet comes up - oh it has to be 32 bit IE btw *shrug* 64 bit won't work

            I got that when I tried with Chrome yesterday. That's why I tried Internet Explorer 32 bit *spit* and got the activeX applet thrown at me. I don't think the applet likes chrome at all.

              ok working on ie internally but not from outside network must be a setting in box i'll post pics of menu screen in the morning
