Sly sports SD channel data

Am looking for the channel info for Sly sports channels 1 to 4, in standard definition .. I tried looking on lyngsat but it just confused me... so does anyone know the PIDs, frequency etc?

Just one more thing, does anyone know the service IDs... I am trying to add them to my channel list cos Im having a few probs with the HD channels at the mo with glitching... no prob with SD channels! Thanks
