Is there anyway on the 1500 to blind scan just the satellites, without it finding all the channels as well? I seem to be missing a few towards the east so wanted to try to find them without adding masses of more channels.

Dont get what you mean mate..you could blind scan all the satellites seperately then delete all the channels through the factory reset menu

I wanted to avoid all the channels and just get the satellites so I could add individual channels with channel editor later. Whats happened is i've got quite a good channel setup on most satellites and can't seem to get 39E. There are no obstructions in the way of the dish and everything else from 28.2 right over to 30W shows up. So I wantde to do a satellite only scan to find out what else is up there that i may be missing, but I didn't want all the channels downloading again.Comment
