    Xbmc which device

Looking at getting a raspberry pi to run xbmc, before I do I wanted to see what you all preferred out of the Apple TV, Gbox or R Pi or any others that are available. I'm guessing that the pi is probably best value for money. Look forward to your replies

For the best value for the money it has got to be the Raspberry pi and you also have a few firmware options ie: OpenElec, Raspbmc, XBian, i use Raspbmc but more or less they all work pretty good, on Raspbmc there have been a lot of updates to make the firmware very stable and fast which is the choice for me but each to their own.

Sooooooooooo if i were you i would go for the Raspberry pi for the price of ?25-00 but don't forget you will need to get a power supply (Blackberry phone charger is compatible), SD card and a remote control (i use an app on my I phone and there is is also a compatible android app).

ITgate TGM220 (swapable tuner), Dreambox 800 pro, Dreambox 500c x 2, DBox, Popbox media player.

I would have to say Rpi. I own 3. I also have xbc running on ATV2, and android and I think the raspberry pi gives the best experience, and you can use the pi for other things too, just swap out the SD card and you have a fully functional linux PC.

Dont really think the make matters that much but I'd say your better off getting an 8gb card cause some of the builds dont fit on 4gb one , unless your going to install on a usb stick then any size will do,
also have a look at this
JUSTOP K9 Android 4.1 TV Stick (MK809 Jelly Bean), Cortex A9 Dual-Core 1.6Ghz, 1GB DDR3, 4GB NAND Flash Android Mini PC, Smart Internet TV Adapter, Built-in WIFI, Full HD 1080P HDMI Out, Support Flash 11 , Skype , Youtube , ITV, BBC iPlayer, DLNA, uP
?37 delivered and you can control it using an android phone ,I have 2 RPi's but got 2 of these for family and they work really
          well
