Boxkey not clearing premium channels on dreambox 800 hd E2

Hello Good people,

I am sort of new in this dreambox set up and have spent good number of days reading through numerous posts on this forum. Now I have flashed my dreambox 800 and installed cccam 2.1.4 successfully.
All FTA channels are showing but my boxkey does not clear channels for some reasons.

I have used calculator and NDS generator to obtain my boxkey (same hex) and it still does not work? Please I have a valid subscription (marely 3-4months old) for all channels with sky and they work well on the sky box.

Please can someone come to my assistance? I am willing to pm any saviour out there.

If I go to webinfo, under entitlement I see the below and good number of entitlement info. Provider name shows unknown:

Your best bet would be to install another Cam called Oscam and let that do the hard work for you, Nothing else needs to be done just install and select.

Many thanks to you digicon for your prompt response. I was thinking of doing that but have read that oscam is complex bla bla bla.
I will download and send to box via dcc.
Please do know where I can get a good version compatible with dream Elite image? Sorry mate, what are the steps?

PS: I subscribed to sky and realized that they never activated my hd and premium channels, but I had to call them afterwards and they added it on after a few days and it has been working on the sky box. Could this by any remote chance be the issue??

another alternative is to install TSpanel on your image and download via one of the server links which will install Oscam with UK configs pre-done for you.

You are God sent mate. I am almost giving up, have not even had breakfast yet!! Please do not give up on me either! I managed to install oscam and follow the instruction (using oscam+cccam2.1.3) and my card is not even recognized by Oscam. Entitlement shows nothing. I am a bit confused as to where to get the CAID for my card.

I will look into TsPanel but please can I pm you? I really need help here.

Just did a reboot after editing my cccam.cfg file to inclule N line, now I can see entitlements but still channels does not clear. Though I will let you know of this ASAP. I am using CAID of 0963.

My blue panel shows
"Active CAM Oscam6064/CCCam213"

Please help me.

when you installed the Oscam+ Ccam 2.1.3 did you make sure that the Oscam version included the UK cinfigs as i mentioned if not you can get hold of these separately and install them over the other ones.

Ok i have included the UK configs for you to install via FTP and also an .ipk which should install the whole lot you can try either

Ok I downloaded TSPanel and copied to tmp and try to install through the yello/blue botten. But got the below error:

Ok I have used the Oscam6059*.* file and copied the ipk file to tmp, from blue/yello button tried to install but it failed again saying "No such file or directory"

The first file extracted ok, do you mean I should manually replace the relevant oscam and cccam files using ftp from right to left (one after the other?)

to install the ipk file unzip "Oscam6059-$LY_UK-E2_Images" file that digi kindly posted above , you should now have "Oscam6059-$LY_UK-E2_Images.ipk" . use dcc to install this (see screen shot)upload ipk.jpg

hit "upload package" in the "ipkg packages" section, navigate to the ipk file from above and let it install, reboot and job done, I cant help any further with osc#m as I don't use it mate
