need some help on dreambox 500s

I need some help as my son press factory reset on my reciever and i lost all the channels etc...but the image is still there i have coliseum image but my friend he use nabilosat i need some files to download to start viewing channels etc like him for free! im new to those thing but i try to do my best if some of you can help Thanks
