is the superhub new first?
if no then lets move on
sorry I didn't understand you at first when you said change the connection speed
from 154mb to 300mb it hits the 60mb speed
whats the wireless speed on your other device on your pc/laptop?
also do you have a firewall on it if so disable for the duration of this excerise please
disable the WiFi temporary by the guide below and try a cable from the superhub to the computer/laptop and test the speed
if the speed is fine just do the reverse of what you did to enable the WiFi

if the speed is still bad then go this link below and select your device and it will show how to reset your device.

I've found all sorts of issues with the Superfail, as it's affectionately known. Stuff like that you get massive jitter (change in ping times) if you push a lot of VPN traffic through the router (even via cable). The general suggestion is to get an external router, and switch the Superhub onto modem mode and just plug that into your new router.
The firmware updates for the Superhub have improved things in places, also try turning the thing off and leaving it off for ten minutes and turning it back on. I know that sounds like the usual IT "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" but seriously, it can make a big long-term difference.Comment
