Eurovox EX 1000 SL - Signal proplems - please help

I Have looked through many post's and i have not found an answer to my problem - Can you Help?


I Have bought a EX 1000 SL, i have Virgin Media connection which works perfect but when i try to connnect the EX1000SL it doesnt pick up any signal, the guy i bought the box from has put new soft wear on today but yet i still connot get any signal from the box??? please cna you give me any duggestions that might help me!

delete all channels & do rescan,try this & post back
as it had right firmware installed

i have done this 4-5 times today already and it still says the same thing - no Signal. i dont understand as i have the virgin connection here?? any other suggestions?

as your box got correct firmware installed

What firmware is correct for this box? my friend updated the information on the box today as when we tried to connect the box yesterday it was doing the same thing which is why he suggested to update the softwear??

look in downloads above, eurovox EX1000 SL firmware then download to your pc then flash it in to your box with null modem lead
