Urgent Help required dreambox 500-S .

I got dreambox 500-S running from one month with out any problem but from last 1 week it keep disconnecting from Internet. then i have to reboot the dj box then it OK but there is no fix time for this .it happened some time twice a day.

my set up is i got clone modem running via Net gear Router, Dm500-S is connected with Router and strange thing is, the time i lose connection between dm500-s and Internet ,my laptop working fine with Internet so real i cant blame its my modem playing up.
PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

had the same problem awhile ago, ended up being the router dropping the connection from the modem. got a new router and my problem was solved.

try a different network cable between router and modem.
check the uptime on the router and modem

i did share with some one on site and he got Cccam 2.1.0 and some one told me he shared with Cccam2.1.0 and he got same sort of problem and he delete that share and problem go away. is that can be possible?
