Factory Reset and Power Scan... NO CHANNELS

I THINK IV MADE A BIG MISTAKE. i factory reseted the box and power scan like the RED thread at the top says.

ive done a power scan, fast scan, every thing. but no channels come up.

have i lost everything and what do i need to do?

please PLEASE HELP, IVE JUST GOT MY BOX!!!

its ok. ive got them back. i entered a different symbol rate and its found them...

what symbol rate did you enter?

6.952 but thats not my area, 6.887 is supposed to be my area but it didnt find any channels...

I factory reset my technomate by accident now i have no channels not even access to menu.do i need to re tune tv channel or what.Please help
