how to make a complete backup of 7020 image

I want to make a complete back up of my 7020 with all setting , plugging ,cams n keys which program do i use just got it sort 100% as i want it.
or will i have to telnet to the box to make a complete image back up ?

This is what I use to backup my dm600. I don't have a dm7020 so can't say for certain if it will work on a dm7020.
